These Terms of Use govern your use of DrawChat, a coloring page generator app. By downloading, installing, or using DrawChat, you agree to these terms.
DrawChat lets you describe a coloring page in words and generates a printable coloring page image using AI (Google Gemini). You can save, print, and share the generated pages. The app is intended for parents and guardians to create coloring pages for their children.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts are created through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
DrawChat offers a free tier (3 generations per month) and paid subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. Price changes will be communicated in advance as required by Apple.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated in the app. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Coloring pages are generated by AI (Google Gemini). We apply content moderation, but AI output is not guaranteed to be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it with children.
Generated coloring pages are for personal, non-commercial use. You may print, save, and share them freely for personal purposes.
The DrawChat app, its design, code, and branding are owned by vandermeel.com. AI-generated coloring page images are provided for your personal use as described above.
You can delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, generation history, and all associated data. Active subscriptions are not automatically canceled when you delete your account — manage your subscription in your device settings first.
DrawChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, or that generated content will meet your expectations. AI-generated images may occasionally include unexpected elements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vandermeel.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DrawChat. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of DrawChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via the email associated with your account. Continued use of DrawChat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
These terms are between you and vandermeel.com, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for DrawChat. In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to DrawChat or your use of it.
