From a sentence in your head to a coloring page in your hands — here is the full process.
Open DrawChat AI in your browser or on your phone. Type a description of the coloring page you have in mind — a character, a scene, an animal, a vehicle, anything. Be as specific or as broad as you like: "a friendly dragon reading a book in a library" works just as well as "cat".
Use the age-difficulty slider to match the complexity of the artwork to your child. Younger children (ages 4–6) get bold outlines and uncrowded shapes that are easy to color inside. Older kids (ages 7–12+) get more detailed, intricate designs with finer linework.
Your prompt is sent to Google Gemini, a powerful AI model running on a secure server — no API keys or credentials ever leave our backend. Within a few seconds, Gemini returns a clean, high-contrast black-and-white line drawing at print quality (300 DPI, A4 or US Letter).
Not quite right? Add a follow-up prompt — "make the dragon smaller and add a background of shelves" — and DrawChat AI modifies the image while keeping the overall composition intact. You can iterate as many times as you like within your monthly quota.
When you are happy with the result, tap Print to send it directly to your printer (A4 or US Letter, any home inkjet or laser printer works). Or save the image to your device to print later, share with a teacher, or keep in your gallery for future reprints.
Before your prompt reaches the AI model, it passes through a content moderation layer that screens for inappropriate language, violent themes, and adult content. The Gemini model itself is configured with child-safe generation instructions. The result is always G-rated.
DrawChat AI does not run ads, does not track children, and does not sell any user data. Prompts are used only to generate your image and are not retained after the session.
DrawChat AI works in two places: your browser and your phone. The core experience — describe, generate, refine — is identical on both.
